Olympic Pictograms

1) I used a snowflake font, along with a faded blue to white color to capture the snow that we receive in Bend, and also to help show that this would be the Winter Olympics, not the summer Olympics.

2) I used the shape tool and the paint tool to alter them and make them 100% original.

3) I like my pictograms because the events are kind of silly, and not just regular events, i.e Snowman building, ice fishing, snowball fighting.

Elements of Art

Line- The edge we see between a shape and a space.

Space- The area in, around, above and below something.

Shape- A two dimensional area or pane.

Value- The variations of light and dark in the same color or black.

Positive and Negative- Contrasting images.

Form- Something that looks or is three dimensional.

Texture- The surface quality of something.

Business Cards

The "Tiffany Blews" business card was my favorite because of the red and black colors and also because it is inspired by one of my favorite songs, and plus the bow is adorable.
